Hey, I’m April. I’ve been in the beauty industry since 2007 and decided to go self employed in 2019 after having my lovely boy.

I personally love a nude mani with minimalist or abstract designs. But I love to play around with and collaborate with my clients.

I started April Studio (formerly April Nails etc) in 2023. I always wanted to create a space for clients to come and really feel at home. I started out working from home, then had a space in a yoga studio, moved to a small shop on Lowther road and now here.

I love how the space has really become a sisterhood for us, working in the studio, and our clients too.

NAIL TECH

Hey I’m Amy, a Brighton-based nail tech with 12 months of experience and a passion for creating beautiful nails.

I made a complete career change last summer and have never looked back, I’ve always adored having my nails done and I get the same satisfaction creating them for you.

I love a clean glossy classic mani but ask me for any sort of dot work and my heart is yours

Find me at the gym before work, running round after my 7 year old after work, and with wine or a coconut marg in hand at the weekend.

BROW AND LASH SPECIALIST

Hey I’m Ruby, a Brighton-based Brow and Lash specialist, individually tailoring brow and lash treatments to enhance natural beauty - a journey to getting your desired look, while encouraging regrowth and nourishment.

I've been in the brow and lash industry for the past 4 years, starting in my home studio and now working with the amazingly talented girls here at April Studio.

As someone with very blonde brows, I know how transformative good brows and lashes can be for defining your face and confidence; all you need is the right treatment, makeup knowledge, and putting those tweezers and lash curlers down!

BEAUTY THERAPIST

Hi everyone, I’m Leah!

I’m here to help you guys decompress, relax and feel your absolute best!

I’ve been in the Beauty industry for over 15 years and I love nothing more than helping my clients to feel confident and happy in their skin.

Being able to improve sense of wellbeing and grab a dose of dopamine from a holistic approach is what I’m all about!

I currently offer a variety of treatments from massage, LED light therapy, waxing to organic facials.

So if you’re after a friendly, authentic and calming environment to have your beauty treatments, come and say hey!

Hi, my name is Alex Koskie. I am a fully licensed tattoo artist, based in East Sussex.

I have been developing my tattoo skills since the start of 2021 and have loved every second of it. After being trained in fine art throughout my education, I have found a love of all things delicate and fine, celebrating the beauty of nature.
